Gas Boiler Service & Repair in Crumlin & Walkinstown

We look after gas boilers across Dublin 12, covering Crumlin, Walkinstown, Drimnagh and Kimmage. Many homes here have had their heating upgraded over the years, so we see everything from older floor-standing boilers to modern combis, and we are happy to work on all of them.

Every job is done by Gareth Bushe or another RGI registered gas installer. That registration is what the law requires for gas work, and you can always ask to see the RGI ID card when we arrive.

Our annual boiler service in Crumlin and Walkinstown costs €140. We run a combustion analysis on the flue gases, clean and inspect the internal parts, check the gas pressure and safety devices, and test the boiler again once it is back together. Most services are completed in under an hour.

You receive a written service record at the end of the visit. Keep it safe: most manufacturers need proof of an annual service to honour the warranty, and insurers and landlords often ask for it too.

If the boiler has stopped, keeps losing pressure or is showing a fault code, our boiler repair price is a fixed €140. Combine it with a service on the same visit and the total is €195. We explain what has failed and confirm the cost before we start.

For older boilers that keep breaking down, a replacement may be better value. We fit a 2027 A-rated condensing boiler from €2,950 + VAT, with removal of the old unit, a system flush and commissioning included, and humm finance is available. Landlord gas safety inspections in Dublin 12 are €195.

A replacement includes taking away the old boiler, flushing the system so the new boiler starts with clean water, and commissioning it so it is set up correctly. We register the manufacturer warranty for you, and we are happy to answer questions about controls and settings once the job is done.
