When your boiler stops working, you want it fixed quickly and you want to know the cost up front. Our RGI registered engineers repair every major brand of gas boiler, and most faults are diagnosed and fixed on the first visit because we carry the common parts in the van.

Tell us what the boiler is doing on the phone — the error code, the noise, what the pressure gauge says — and we can often narrow the problem down before we arrive. Our guide to checks to try when you have no heating or hot water may even save you a call-out.

A boiler repair visit is a fixed €140. That covers the call-out, fault-finding and the repair labour. If a replacement part is needed, the engineer tells you the part cost before fitting it, so you are never surprised by the bill. If your boiler is also due its annual service, we can do both in the same visit for €195. Our prices page lists every fixed price.

We keep time free every day for breakdowns, so in most cases we can get to you the same day you call. A cold house with young children or elderly relatives, a leak, or no hot water are treated as priorities. Most repairs take between thirty minutes and two hours once the engineer is on site. If a part has to be ordered in, we make the boiler safe and come back as soon as it arrives.
