You receive a written service record to keep with your boiler paperwork. An annual service keeps most manufacturers' warranties valid and helps the boiler run efficiently.

If you have no heat or hot water, a dripping pressure relief pipe or a boiler that keeps locking out, a repair is a fixed €140. If we service the boiler at the same time, the combined price is €195. We confirm the fault and the cost before starting.

Replacing an old boiler? We install a 2027 A-rated condensing boiler from €2,950 + VAT, including removal of the old one, a system flush and commissioning, and you can spread the cost with humm finance. Landlords in Templeogue, Greenhills and Perrystown can book a gas safety inspection for €195.

It helps to have a couple of details ready when you book: the make and model of your boiler, roughly how old it is, and whether it is a combi or a system boiler with a hot water cylinder. If something has been bothering you, such as noises, a boiler that is slow to fire up or a pressure gauge that keeps dropping, mention it and we will look at it closely during the visit.

On the day, the engineer needs clear access to the boiler and, where possible, to the flue and the gas meter. Your heating and hot water will be off for part of the visit, and before leaving we test everything again and talk you through the results. If a repair is needed, you get the price first and decide whether to go ahead.
