What your price includes
Our fixed prices make it easier to choose the right visit. The work included, any additional costs and the likely time on site depend on whether you need maintenance, a repair, a safety inspection or a replacement. We confirm the work before starting, so you can make an informed decision.
Gas boiler service — €140
A routine service checks how safely and efficiently your boiler is running. It includes safety and combustion analysis, burner, heat exchanger and flue checks, gas pressure and flow-rate testing, and inspection of seals, valves and controls. We also check for carbon monoxide and provide a service record for your warranty paperwork. This is a maintenance visit rather than an allowance for replacing faulty components. If a fault or worn part needs separate attention, we explain what is needed and its cost. A routine service usually takes under an hour, depending on the boiler and access.
Gas boiler repair — €140
The fixed price covers the repair visit: investigating the problem, identifying the fault and carrying out the repair work agreed for that visit. Tell us whether you have no heating, no hot water, falling pressure, a leak or an error code so we can prepare. Replacement parts are extra when needed, and their cost is explained before additional work goes ahead. Timing depends on the diagnosis and whether the required part is available. A straightforward fault may be resolved in one visit; a specialist part can mean a return appointment. We will give you a clearer estimate once the fault is identified.
Service & repair — €195
Combining a service and repair in one visit costs €195, saving €85 compared with booking the €140 service and €140 repair separately. This pairs fault-finding and agreed repair work with the routine safety, combustion and condition checks included in a boiler service. It is useful when your boiler has developed a problem and is also due its annual maintenance. Replacement parts, if required, are quoted separately rather than being automatically included in the combined price. Allow more time than a routine service alone: the length of the appointment depends on the fault, access and any parts required.
Gas safety inspection — €195
This price covers a gas safety inspection by an RGI registered engineer, with a written certificate for your records. The visit assesses safety and identifies anything that needs attention; it is not the same as booking a full boiler service or paying for remedial repairs. If you also need servicing or work to correct a fault, ask us to confirm the scope and price before the appointment. An inspection usually takes around an hour. Access to the appliances and the condition of the installation can affect the time needed, so let us know about any access restrictions when booking.
2027 A-rated condensing high-efficiency boiler — €2,950 + VAT
The advertised installation includes the new boiler, removal of your old boiler, installation by an RGI engineer, a system flush and commissioning, and registration of the manufacturer warranty. The final installation price is confirmed on site and excludes VAT until it is added to your quote. Changing the boiler position, altering pipework or the flue route, or requesting different controls can change the scope and cost; we assess these requirements rather than assume they are part of a standard replacement. Most straightforward swaps take a single day. More involved changes may take longer, with the schedule agreed after the survey. Finance is available through humm.
